The apartment was clean, new, and well-equipped. Easy communication with the owner. Central location, close to everything. Small balcony in the top floor unit. Two bathrooms provided convenience. 100m from the beach. Lots of restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Friendly and helpful staff. Allowed late check-out.
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

Free WiFi, clean room, comfy seating area. Nearest airport is just a hop, skip, and a jump away. They even provide a toaster! Wow, such luxury.
Oh, just one tiny inconvenience - the daily cleaning service was only available upon request. How thrilling!

The apartment was in great condition, with a fresh and modern design. It was very clean and spacious, providing a comfortable stay. The location was excellent, as it was only 100m away from the beach. There were plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby, offering convenience and options for dining. The staff were friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to assist us during our stay. We also appreciated being able to leave our bags in the office and use the owner's private shower after check-out.
Felt like royalty, with nothing being too much trouble for the owner.

One great feature was that each room had its own individual AC, ensuring a comfortable stay. having a washing machine in the apartment was a convenient amenity. the apartment complex also had good security measures, which was reassuring, especially when traveling with family. the location was perfect, as it was centrally located near the central plaza and just a few minutes' walk from the beach.
The noise level within the apartments was quite high, with sounds from moving chairs and people talking easily heard. the sound insulation could be improved to enhance the overall experience.

We had a wonderful stay at Apartamentos Kouohana. The apartment was modern, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed. It was conveniently located just 100m from the beach and close to restaurants and supermarkets. The staff were friendly and helpful, even allowing us to leave our bags in the office and use the owner's private shower after checkout. The towels were soft and thick, the beds and pillows were comfortable, and the overall experience was excellent. We would definitely stay here again.
Can't recommend this hotel highly enough.
